STAFF CAPACITY BUILDING TRAININGS

                                   Two of Women Development sector staff underwent Youth Trainers Training conducted by the Mahalir Thittam. Two days orientation –cum- training program was organized to the staff members on the Right to Information Act. Two days training on the Basic concept of Panchayatraj and Government schemes were conducted to staff members. Five days residential training on the “Participatory Rural Appraisal” was organized and 4 staff from Panchayatraj sector participated in the program. Six senior management staff attended one day orientation-cum- training on Watchdog committee members training organized by the Department of Social Defense, at Coimbatore. All these training programs enriched the knowledge of the staff members for better implementation of the programs. Experts in the concerned fields acted as Resource persons for the training programs.
